Made using Sauvignon Blanc grapes from selected blocks of vineyards in both the Awatere and Wairau Valleys. Cool-fermented and then allowed to rest on the lees for four months before bottling. With minimal handling, the vibrant bouquet of gooseberry and lime is preserved.
