A richer style of Sauvignon Blanc from the Collio region, in north-east Italy. After harvesting, the grapes are cold macerated prior to fermentation and a short ageing period in stainless steel. The inticing nose shows vibrant peach, melon, tomato leaf and yellow pepper. The palate is firmly structured with a persistent finish.
