The Chardonnay grapes for this Petit Chablis are grown in vineyards on the hilltops and plateaus of the region; planted on a range of soils from hard limestone to those of sand and silt. Vinified in stainless steel, the wine is lightly filtered and bottled whilst young. The nose shows aromas of white flowers, such as hawthorn and acacia, lemon and grapefruit; it finishes dry with a touch of minerality.
