The Glera grapes for this rich, peach and pear scented Prosecco are grown in vineyards around the village of Valdobbiadene a few miles north east of Venice. Here the vineyards are planted up to 500 metres above sea level on thin soils of glacial origin. After the development of the mousse the wine is left on its lees for about a month prior to bottling. Green apples, pear and cirtus fruits with acaia and wisteria notes. Harmonious, elegant and balanced on the palate.
