Made from Merlot grapes that are harvested by hand. After crushing, the juice is allowed four hours of skin contact to obtain a salmon-pink colour. The free-run juice is then drained into a settling tank for about two days until the juice is clear, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at low temperatures for about two weeks. Light-bodied with a crisp finish, it shows a combination of cherry, raspberry and strawberry aromas.
