The chalky soils of Cramant acquired in 1882 by G H Mumm provide the Chardonnay which delivers gentle scented white blossoms, delicate flavours of citrus and a rich smooth finish. Enjoy it with scallops or throw cution to the wind and enjoy with fish and chips.
