Founded in 2014, Drygate started as an experiential brewery and creative hub. Our Tap Room opened in 2016 focussing on casual dining, small batch beer and live events. Today our philosophy remains the same: our beer is well crafted, and we take this art seriously, so our customers don’t have to.
Variant detail- Named after the shale of the Drygate Brewery Roof, Seven Peaks is a light, refreshing and fruity 3.9% Session IPA. Being inspired by the outdoors, this brand evokes fresh air, freedom, and beautiful natural scenery.
NOSE- Complex notes of pine needle, forest fruit, spruce, gorse.
PALATE- Sweet caramel balanced with moderate citrus bitterness.
FINISH- Light body, dry, long finish.
HOP- Mosaic, Ekuanot, Chinook, Summit, Nugget.
