In 1846, Giuseppe Menabrea found the perfect place for his brewery, in a town called Biella in the foothills of the Italian Alps. For 5 generations, his family have brewed their remarkable Birra using their own unique recipe with the finest ingredients: purest soft waters, barley from the champagne region, and hops from Bavaria.
NOSE- Hint of berry aroma with a slight leafy note.
PALATE -A warming character mouthfeel, with flavour of citrus and a distinct cereal taste.
FINISH - A sugar sweetness, balanced with a drying character which lingers on the palate for a few seconds. This beer delivers a pleasant and lingering texture with every mouthful.
