Hand harvesting of these grapes takes place depending on the different type of soils and ripeness. The grapes were direct pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete vessels. No malolactic fermentation takes place and it is aged in concrete vats. Plenty of citrus aromas which follow through into the palate. A lovely, lean Chardonnay with plenty of freshness and a slight creaminess from the lees ageing.
