Eichberg or “Oak tree hill” consists of Oligocene marl and sandstone screes, insert in a deeper matrix with silt and clay impregnated with silica. This plot has been bought by the family Beyer in 1754. Citrus fruits and peel and a lively palate marked by the lemon zest and the pineapple freshly clear-cut. Long and salty finish due to limestone.
