The 2014 vintage is a blend of 56% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Noir, 22% Pinot Meunier. The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed, following the second fermentation the wines is aged on its lees for a minimum of 48 months. An elegant and complex wine, with layers of citrusy fruits and a vibrant mineral finish.
