In 1846, Giuseppe Menabrea found the perfect place for his brewery, in a town called Biella in the foothills of the Italian Alps. For 5 generations, his family have brewed their remarkable Birra using their own unique recipe with the finest ingredients: purest soft waters, barley from the champagne region, and hops from Bavaria. Menabrea Ambrata is a 5.0% ABV Amber Beer, full bodied and well rounded, with a moderately bitter flavour. Amber in colour with bronze overtones, this lager is another example of the brewery's exceptional capabilities.
