The addition of 8% Pinot Noir red wine creates a beautiful delicate salmon pink colour in this quite spectacular Rose Champagne. It spends 3 years on the lees before resting for a further 6 months following degorgement. Aromas of wild strawberries, cranberries and raspberries are harmonised to match with smoked salmpon, cold cut meats and fruit salad.
