Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay grapes are bottle-fermented as per the Traditional Method. Matured for two years in deep caves carved into the limestone cliffs overlooking the Loire. It shows a fine delicate sparkle with a zesty acidity with rich notes from the Chardonnay, balanced by a hint of lime.
