A rosé made from 100% Cinsault. Cinsault is the fourth most widely planted grape variety in France, and responsible for much of the rosé production there, it is therefore perhaps unsurprising that it does an equally good job under the ‘Mediterranean' sun experienced in South Africa. Unoaked with only a few hours of skin contact to extract the colour, this is a fresh light-bodied wine with delicate notes of red fruits and floral notes, ideally served lightly chilled.
