This delicious, pale-coloured rosé is made using Cinsault grapes which are harvested in the cool of the early morning and only allowed a short maceration on the skins after crushing, to extract just the right amount of colour. Cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottled early to capture all the fresh summer-fruit flavours.
