The Fransola 'pago' is situated at high altitude in the Penedès region. The naturally cool climate is perfect for producing top-quality Sauvignon Blanc. This fresh, juicy, passion fruit and lime flavoured wine incorporates about 5% of Parellada grapes in the blend. It is partly fermented (about 50%) in a mixture of French and American oak barrels which adds both complexity and a creamy richness to this excellent wine.
